We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) with two reliable options:

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Minimum Order: $50 USD
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

While we craft each pair of heels, sneakers, and sandals with meticulous attention to fit and comfort, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Packaging: Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of Purchase: Valid receipt or order confirmation required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sandals showing signs of wear
  • Sneakers & athletic shoes with removed insoles

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges of our Oxfords, heels, or loafers:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your boat shoes or other footwear arrives damaged:

International Returns
