Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sandals that show signs of wear
- Sneakers & athletic shoes with removed insoles

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

For size exchanges of our Oxfords, heels, or loafers:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your boat shoes or other footwear arrives damaged:
