Are your shoes true to size?
Most of our customers find our shoes true to size, but we always recommend checking the specific product’s sizing notes as some styles may run slightly large or small. Our bestselling Anne Klein heels and Sperry boat shoes are particularly known for their accurate sizing.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, arriving in 15-25 days after dispatch – ideal for savvy style shoppers

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers may be responsible for customs fees according to their country’s regulations. Delivery estimates may vary slightly during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. If your shoes don’t fit your style (or your feet), simply initiate a return through your account or by contacting our customer care team. We believe comfort should never be compromised.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn shoes unless they’re defective. All returned items must be in their original condition with packaging and tags intact.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your financial institution.
